Located in the New River Valley just south of Roanoke, Virginia, Carysbrook is a traditional overnight camp for girls celebrating our 90th summer in 2013.

Camp Carysbrook offers a variety of activities including but not limited to English horseback riding, swimming, caving, rock climbing, rappelling, hiking, canoeing, archery, riflery, canoeing, fencing, arts & crafts, drama, dance, music, tennis, tumbling, synchronized swimming, team sports, recreational sports as well as nature study and ecology.

Our mission is to provide a flexible program of group and individual, organized and impromptu activities to allow each camper to discover her own abilities, challenge herself to accomplish new goals and experience the rewards of personal growth.
